Mindfulness meditation, the practice of connecting with and remaining present with our experience of life from moment to moment, opens us to new ways relating with ourselves and the world.

We recognize the innate clarity and presence of our mind and body, and in doing so are offered a profound opportunity: to relate fully, honestly, creatively and spontaneously with the moment, and to realize the kindness, peace, strength and happiness we are most deeply capable of.
