Thank you all for joining me for “Sleeping Soundly” at MovementRx Studio. The intention of the following 2 guided meditations is this:
Mindful Deep Breathing invites the nervous system of the body to shift from “fight or flight” (stress!) to “rest and digest” (sleep!). Practicing mindful deep breathing is a primer practice, shedding the major stress of the day.
With the Guided Meditation for Sound Sleep we relate with different expressions of stress in our being: the physical, mental, and emotional. Having tended to ourselves and our stress, we find we fall asleep more easily and stay asleep longer.
May this practice be of benefit to you, and be the start of your finding sound sleep.
