Mindfulness meditation, the practice of bringing your attention to the present moment and then sustaining that attention, has been proven to support a number of benefits, including reduced stress, greater focus, better sleep, and a general sense of connection, meaning, and deep well-being.
This four week course is geared for beginners or those with an established meditation practice looking to take their understanding and practice deeper. We will explore practices for connecting with breath and body, and in doing so learn the relationship between physical peace and mental clarity & strength.
This class will be co-led by Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Diane Welker.
All classes will be recorded and the audio made available for streaming/download. That way if you miss a class you can still follow along.
