Do you have difficulty falling asleep at night? Or find yourself waking throughout the night?
Join me for an evening exploring the science of sleep, and learn simple yoga postures and meditation practices that not only help you to fall asleep more quickly, but sleep soundly through the night.
No prior meditation experience is needed.
What Do You Need to Bring?
- Dress comfortably
- A bottle of water
- A yoga mat (if you don't already have one, there are mats available at the studio)
- Handouts will be provided, but if you benefit from taking notes, by all means bring a pen and paper
All attendees will receive a complimentary “sleep bundle” — natural aides to help build and sustain a nightly sleep routine — and guided meditations to help foster a great night’s sleep!
