Mindfulness meditation gets an upgrade! Philadelphia’s FIRST and ONLY Trauma-informed MBSR program: a student-centered experience, focused on fostering personal growth and healing through mindfulness.

Trauma-informed MBSR integrates findings from clinical research trials, recent neuroscience findings, nationwide statistics and individual expertise. We carefully reproduced the traditional MBSR model to be trauma-informed: safe yet still effective, ultimately leading to greater, more widespread, self-efficacy and positive transformation.
