Trauma-informed MBSR integrates findings from clinical research trials, recent neuroscience findings, nationwide statistics and individual expertise. We carefully reproduced the traditional MBSR model to be trauma-informed: safe yet still effective, ultimately leading to greater, more widespread, self-efficacy and positive transformation.
