The following recordings are intended to support your meditation practice during the week.


Want to be a mindfulness rockstar?

1) Do two of the above practices twice/day (they don’t have to be the same practice) AND

2) once an hour A) Pause to take 5 Mindful Deep Breaths OR B) Reflect on what you accomplished the previous hour OR C) Take 5 Mindful Deep Breaths in a situation that usually makes you anxious.

If you combine 1 & 2 you are easily on your way to meditating nearly 30 minutes/day!

Remember: It’s NOT how long you practice, but how frequently! Short practices done many times leads to significant change!
